The role of ICAS is to support people who want to make a complaint about their NHS-funded treatment or care. It's a free, confidential and independent service designed to help people understand their rights and make informed choices.
Opening times
9am - 5pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am - 7pm Tuesday.
